How does the free limit work?
The free plan includes 1,000 dictated words every week, and the counter resets weekly. No card and no trial required: just download the app and start speaking. If you run out before the week is up, the Wisper Field keyboard still works for regular typing, and dictation picks back up when your words reset.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open the Wisper Field app and choose Upgrade to Pro. You can pick annual ($12/month, billed as $144/year) or month-to-month ($15/month). The purchase goes through the App Store with your Apple Account, and unlimited words unlock immediately.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Pro is a standard App Store subscription billed to your Apple Account. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings under your subscriptions: no emails, no phone calls. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then you move back to the free plan.
I got a new iPhone. Do I have to buy Pro again?
No. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account. Install Wisper Field on your new iPhone, sign in, and tap Restore purchases in the app if Pro does not unlock automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one from Apple through their standard purchase-refund process. If something is not working right, email support@wisperfield.com first. We may be able to fix it.
